Dear sir/madam, I am abinash tripathy from odisha, i got a call from csr for work from home captcha filling job. He told me that i can earn 22500, for online captcha filling. From that they will deduct 5000 rs as their fees and the will pay. For that purpose he asked my driving licences id on whatsapp and i have sent that. Next day some lady called me for verification and next day received a 100 stamp paper. I never signed the stamp paper. I dont know where how did this stamp paper come from and has the date. On the same day i got another call from +91 [protected] telling it`s a verification call from company, and tolled i should complete the work with 90% accuracy within 10 days, or else i should pay 5000 to their company after 10 days. They initially did not tell anything about penalty. After that they send me a mail having username and password from captcha and this is their support phone no. I was trying to contact the company for the issue of agreement by they didn`t respond. At last when i start my work. I noticed that the captchas were to hazy and confusional to solve. That`s why i couldn`t complete my work within 10 days. After 10 days i received a call from associate advocate and he told me that i have to pay rs-5000 as a penalty. I took some time from him. Today i received a sms that my internal case has been listed for legal proceedings. I always try to make him understand my problem and and my wrong agreement issues. But he was not listening me and force me to pay the penalty. After that i searched about the company and noticed many fraud report. So kindly solve my issue and help me out from this kind of fraud.
