I have requested for new broadband connection on may 14th and I have paid the amount 2891 and the executive promised me that the connection installation will be done by today evng itslef or tomorrow morning but service delayed and no response from there nodal authority officer and customer support and I requested them to refund my money as I didn`t liked their services.and they initiated refund process on 16th may night and they said our refund team will contact you for bank details but till now I didn`t received any call from them.daily 3 to 4 times IAM calling them and Iam waiting for 15-25min to talk with their authority but the customer support agents are saying our escalation team was busy and they are ending the call.with their false promises I lost my time and money.i not done my office work due to no internet and time wasting with their customer service agents.
