Dear, I have connection with act fiber net, asked them for temperaray disconnection, they delayed that process and disconnected late and deactivated my connection for non payment instead correcting bill and disconnection. Later again they processed a bill in next month that`s July where I didnt used any internet for more than a month. Now they are levied late payment fee also. Connection is in bengalore. My advise never ever take act c INTERNET connection worst customer service.+ Blood sucking people.
