AJIO - Refund not got from 4 to 5 weeks and mental harassment from company supervisor.

I have not got my refund from 4 to 5 weeks and the company just ignores me and dont take any action on it when i called to supervisor pravin he talks too rudely and denied me to help this is an harassment i am calling them from long time and they dont do anything and ignores me.
