Sir I purchased Haier 195ltr refrigerator and returned on 18may 19with pickup tracking I`d 57905999082 and and contect to amzon after 3days they toll me we r raising tickets bt today 06/06/19they told we not received item and denied for refund and then I checked with blue dirt courier company they also showing yr pickup is cancelled by shipper before three day amzon raise false pickup this was not concern any courrier agency I called many time they giving me assurance u will get refund bt all is vain I lose my money That refrigerator I received was defect item that s y I return it bt amzon and bluedirt both r deny That person has come for pickup was coordinate by Amazon he was appointed by amzon I asked him then he told me I m come for pickup by Amazon Now amzon not taking any responsibility I m loosing my money of 12740ruppes I request u do need full action
