I have logged a complain with aplle rgarding my earphone not working from 28/3/19xThey toled its in a pink color so kindly remove this color then we will change it.I told that i will not use water for removing it cause ut was in home might be any children through color on it.They told i m sending pic of earphone and sending to senior they will tell after 25 mint they told due to color it will not change in warrenty.It not a physical damage or not a water damage but due to color not cover in warrenty.Service centre misbehaved with me a lot.i called up to manage of service centre Mr. Pawan they disnt listen me and misbehaving with me like how did u get my no and dnt call me.I called to custmr care and they told that service centre has told that its water damage.i told that at least prove or show me its water damage.they told i have told that its water damage than its much enough no need to proove.Service centre name-F1 info solutinAddress-2nd floor,chember,opposite krishi bhawanLucknow-226001Mr. Pawan is contact personDo needful for me.pllssssss
