I have taken an Asianet new connection on 4/3/2019.during the connection I have given written paper of the channels which I need,but they have not done any responses regarding that.i am a working woman and one day I had to take leave to contact them.they are not ready to pick up the phone ,after Al hardships when I get the phone they are telling me to contact them after 2days.please do the necessary action against this.
I have purchase a washing machine on 27 Feb 2019 and I will ON washing machine on 17 March 2019 and machine will be work on last 5 mint and after machine doing work with noise after we are off the machine and call him to Videocon costumer care after 5 day 2 men are come on house they will be see problem and say machine motor pulley is break down and they will be demanding 300 rupes pulley changing charge when washing machine warranty is 5 year so what they are demand more rupes.
