Fake policy committed by agent miss pooja concern person 9911336978, 7351572246 policy number hdfc life sanchay 21623346..I hav taken the policy from hdfc life agent detail mentioned above .concer person miss pooja regarding this policy is a combination of life ins + medical policy for 15 years+ 20% cash back on the premium amount which is rs 50000 premium annually..but the document received from hdfc was not accordingly to the mention detail.the agent name metion detail as above miss pooja is forcing me to say false information to hdfc confirmation call. I suppose to set my mind set 5 lakh medical policy for each the family member for years..but the document are denied for the same..even I though I supose to that 20% cashback also which I not a tall mention the policy. Kindly take the action hdfc life agent as above mentioned miss pooja concern person cont number 9911336978...executive of miss pooja as I hav all the recording and information given by her as a evidence against them ..kindly consider this matter on urgent basis and cancilled my policy as it is not required from my side.plz refund my cheque amount 50000 given as soon as possible..thinking you..sachin kumar Jain
