I am using axis mobile app for past 2 years. On date 16th October I Have Transfered Rs.10000 To My Bank Of Baroda Account From Axis Mobile App IMPS Facility.. By Mistake I Have Entered 1 Digit Wrong Account Number But The IFSC CODE Is Correct.. My Money Wrongly Transefered In Wrong Account In West Bengal Raiganj BOB Branch.. I Filed A Complain through axis customer card they replied after 35 days that Dear customer your IMPS/UPI txn dispute registered vide id 1910-093765 has been rejected by Other Bank due to non-availability of funds in ben a/c.. I checked that account where my money wrongly transeferd from local BOB Branc..that account is inactive and Sara Paisa Bank ke charges me kata gaya he... Account holder ne paisa nikala hi nahi.... So i rrauest axis bank do something in my favour ..
