Hi. I Mr Shelton George of Picnic Garden Kolkata, have an active 2 wheeler loan # L2AKOL05928010 with Bajaj Finance. My EMI date is the 3rd of each month. The issue I raise is of being badly scammed by Bajaj because they most of the times do not present the cheque for clearing and thereafter bill me for approximately Rs 900/ every 2/3 months or so. Today is the 3rd and the cheque has not cleared my account which means I will be charged again for all the interest and late fees. Why when I have funds in my account for the cheque to be honoured. The entire loan amount being Rs 34000/ which they`ve already earned by charging me interest and late fees. I now still have another 12 installments to be paid. I have complained earlier too but nothing seems to work. They just don`t care but infact if you do not pay for 2 consecutive months then they send GOONS to your home to threaten and intimidate you, happened to me. PLEASE HELP! Thank you very much.
