My account details are mentioned below :--1. 402sce215612512. 402sce23139483I had been following up with Bajaj Finserv for my NDC for the above mentioned two loan accounts where there were a certain amount due towards principle repayment, for which there were a huge amount of penalty and other charges levied. When I visited Wakdewadi Branch, they guided me to speak to the collections head - Navin Uikey (name shown as per True Caller) with phn no. 8888003858 who asked me to deposit Rs 15000/- towards full and final payment for both my loan accounts which I did. Post this, I asked Navin to send me the No Due Certificate which he promised to send but eventually did not. Today I visited your Viman Nagar branch where a customer service lady asked me to write to "wecare" who would provide the NOC/NDC within 48 hours, but to my surprise, "wecare" replied that since the loan account was not properly closed hence NOC/NDC will not be provided. Being a Banker myself, I know that I can claim for a no due letter. I am in urgent need of this letter otherwise it will effect my career.Even if a letter from any Bajaj personnel is sent stating that towards the above mentioned accounts there are no further due, that will also help.But since Mr Naveen has also stopped receiving my call, I had no other option other than to reach out to you. The No Due Certificate is very urgently required to be submitted to my company HR. Hope I will get a positive response from your end.Awaiting a speedy response.
