I ordered a saree costing Rs 1090. But it was not worth the cost so I requested for return. They mailed saying I need to courier on my own. According to I couriered paying for the courier. Had to send the courier slip 3 times. Now they refunded the money but not fully. I paid through my bank but refunding they are not ready to transfer it to my bank. I have received just Rs 890. When enquired they said that courier expense has been deducted.
