We have purchased Garmount Chappal for 799 rupees on 14th of May in Boots & Boots opp: woodland showroom, Nizamabad and TIN No: 36341014206 Chappals are faded within 15 days, I have been to shop today on 02 June 2019 to show Chappal and asked to fix them, he offered me polish service which doesn`t make any difference and Chappal will look same after 1 to 2 days. So, i have asked him to replace he is rudely refused and when I`m asking for fix this issue he is being calm and not answering this is not first time with me and also happened with my friend as well.
