Dear Sir, It’s a complaint against call center projects service india. Mr. sathish has explained regarding call center project and asked us to pay Rs. 25,000 and also said by them that u can pay Rs.10, 000 first later u can pay Rs.15, 000 in 10,000 only I will do your company registration, dialer, software, training all stuff but as I paid 10,000 I get only agreement and anita and sathish told when u will pay rest 15,000 then only further process will be started. And as we paid rest 15,000 no answer from Mr. Sathish side and Ms. Anita (ext.8000) side fake people, fake commitment, fake company. We didn’t get proper training as Mr. Sathish told me one of my trainer will come to guide you at your place (fake commitment done by Mr. Sathish). Ms. Anita told you will get company; candidates from our side per day per employee will get 25 candidates and if you find any problem will help (totally fake commitment) she is not picking our call also not seeing our messages. After Paying amount 25,000/- in company current account following detail: A/c Holder Name: Call Center Projects Service India A/c No. : 919020027793849 Ifsc: UTIB0003569 Branch: Axis Bank, Bangalore Branch Nobody not attend call after payment but before payment they all people call many time for deposit the payment. On behalf of this project we have take office on rent, 5 computer & headphone, staff also. After all these we request to company for cancel project and want to money refund back but they not agree to refund the amount. This is big crime with me. This company take amount on behalf of fake project. Totally fraud and fake company. I just want amount refund back. So kindly take action regarding this fraud Company and please hold company`s Current Axis Bank account which i have pay 25,000/- .
