I got the display screen replaced through screenpro on 24.1.2019. company has given six months warranty. Since day 1 it was not working properly and on my complaint, it was last attended on 14.02.2019. since there was some issue in the display screen, I sent a mail on 16.7.2019 to attend the device and resolve the issue. In response company asked me to send photo of the screen, then video of the screen and ultimately on 19.7.2019 it is replied that there is a crack onthe screen, though none, it cannot resolve the issue. I replied that there is no crack on the screen and they can check it physically but they did not listen to me. It appears that since last date of warranty was approaching, they did not fulfil their commitment of six months warranty and is a clear cut case of deficiency in service on their part.
