I placed order of eyeglasses and sunglasses of worth more than 6000. and as per their term and condition i am eligible for 100 percent money back, same i confirm with their coustmer care executive before and after placing orders. cashback to be credited after 14 days of products delivered. now my return period is over and they told me, i am not eligible to get cashback. i don`t want these products. i want my money back. please help me to get my money back.
