This complaint is regarding an online boutique "Darling diva by Anuraj" on facebook. I have paid 10498 Rs for 3 dresses on 8th Feb 2019 through bank transfer. She has not responded for 3 months about anything and one day she just uses foul and vulgar language saying some other person already took dresses on our behalf. After a very long conversation which involved usage of very cheap and rude language by her, she said she will send the dresses. After a week she sent one dress and stopped responding again saying i took all the dresses and doing drama. When I asked her why she is doing like this she just blocked me from everywhere with no means of contact and not sending dresses as well. She is very rude and is giving mental torture for just asking the dresses we paid money for. The language used by her is very cheap and rude that no sane person will ever use against her customers. She is challenging to do whatever we want and she won`t get scared of anything or anyone. Though her page looks clean and positive there are many complaints on her and many more victims, she just blocks everyone who complains.
