dealmyntra.in - Not received the item but payment successful

Payment of rs 16999 done but the item not recieved, now no way to contact them. Complaaint registere5to e consumer. gov. in but no response from them. Kindly do something to get my money back. Always showed the order reached the state hub now no response no sms no mail and no call connecting
