I was searching mobiles on olx tere i saw one person selling that phone which i was required i contact to that person. He told me that you have to gave 500 rupees for booking i payed that price. After that Remaining price i have to pay on cash on delivery. when i went to take my mobile phone from delivery office then i get the wrong product of very cheap quality. I paid them 14000 rupees but the product i get is only of 5000. when i complained that person through which i had book he said tjat we will replace but after that no one picking my call. I had 2 mobile numbers of that company. Company is in gurugram, haryana. I had recorded call when i complained to them. Please help me i am a student just passed 12. For me the cost i paid is so big. I am from small family. I want that i will get all my money refund or get the right product. Thanks
