Dish TV - Setup box internal issue not solving since 15 days and not replaying properly for anything (calls, email)

Hello Team, I will recharge on my dish TV every month more than minimum balance.It was working fine without issue. At 29th of March 2019 on the TV screen it was showing error 102 saying " you have a low balance and your Dish TV account number will deactivated" Even though I had more account balance. On 29th itself I have called to customer care and I have informed the issue, they had refreshed my account number and asked me to try after 15 min but issue not solved. From 29th of March to till now I am regularly calling them and asking for solution but no one is replaying properly and telling the same story. And they told they will send technician but still no one has come to home.Even for my emails also not replying. For my email they have closed without my confirmation and so careless response I am getting And my balance on my Dish TV account is deducting daily and still issue persist.
