Dear Sir/Ma`m, Ref: Order Id: OID35970 from electrodeals.co.in After having seen its advertisement on Facebook, I ordered a black JBL Mini Boombox Editioin (Wireless Portable Speaker) online on electrodeals.co.in. I received the item through Delhivery courier by paying Rs 2799 at the time of delivery. When I opened the package, to my surprise, I found a fake product labeled as JBL mini boombox. It was like a kids toy product and nowhere compared to the actual product. When advertising on website, original product images from respective websites were used, but when delivering the product, a completely worthless item was delivered. I request your goodself to kindly look into the fake product sales of electrodeals.co.in and ensure that they don`t cheat customers with fraud / fake items.
