On this month starting we opted for Excitel Broadband service 50Mbps, we have made payment for 90 days. Before taking connection they promised to give free modem if we go for 90 days plan and for same we opted(50Mbps). After using for 10 days we observed there was a speed issue. For the we have raised a ticket in excitel app. But there response was very low any not solving my issue. I have decided to disconnect my broadband services but they are not responding to my query related to disconnection and they are saying my refund will not be processed. Help me out in this.
