I have purchased Koryo washing machine on 25 the Jan 2018 at central mall ezone now there machine is not working from past 2 months on Apr 23 I raised a complaint ants as it is still in warranty period they sent their technician but it could not resolved he came for 3 times and one more person so totally 4 times it was attended but still not resolved it`s already more than 2 months they are nor repairing nor replacing.i have contacted Koryo service , went to the mall contacted the incharge Mr. Khan and Jeeves enginner Mr pasha , jayanth but nobody helping me to resolve the issue now they are not picking the call nor responding to my messages please help me in resolving this issue
