I had ordered one red colored saree from Fiabell and i received the delivery today via Ecomexpress courier service. After the delivery boy left and I unpacked the parcel I`ve only found a totally different, mostly a worst quality saree which neither I ordered never I had seen on their website.The only payment method was COD and I paid in cash; however, Fiabell doesn’t have any contact number and I really have doubt whether they will respond on email communication as I never received a single reply from them against my earlier intimation. Apparently Fiabell has only given their email id on their website for contacting them. I don`t know if they`ll take the return or refund me the money, as I haven`t received any feedback from them yet. Please help, I want the refund soonest.
