Flipkart - Account as been blocked

To Flipkart Customer Support Order no OD115060622640561000 My name is Chetan thorbole my mobile number is 9892506422 last 7 to 8 days i am writing a mail to flipkart that i had purchased a product marq ac that product is not working. so Marq company had told we will replaced the product. but my account as been blocked and blacklisted by flipkart. this above replacement process cannot been done. So whats is the solution for this should i bear for this . every time i had called flipkart customer care they are giving new complaint number and resolution date i am flipkart plus member and i have never did such kind of activity. But flipkart is accusing me of doing this kind of activity without any proof, only based on their system detection. How they can blame me for such things that i have never did. So please activate my account on prior basis. And please do need full and i have faith in your decision. if you cannot replacment the product than return my money to my bank account and take your defect product. awating for urgent action Waiting for your response. regards Chetan thorbole
