Flipkart - Duplicate item sent.

Warm Greetings Of The Day. With due reverence, I wish to inform you that I had placed order for fastrack sunglasses costing 2519 rupees but received a duplicate item without fastrack brand label et al. After I saw the duplicate item, I contacted flipkart customer service for the same and asked for return. But they blocked my account instead of addressing my grievance. I was using flipkart account with mobile number: 8491819424 Email:kowsarahsameer2015@gmail.com. After that, I contacted them multiple times but neither they received back the duplicate item nor they restored my account.
