Flipkart - Lack of Service & Lethargic Response

Hi Team , I am recently shifted in Raipur , Chhattisgarh My order ID - OD118676527511807000 Date of purchase - 19th May 2020 Product - ONIDA 1.5 TON AC I made a purchase on 19th May 2020 via FLIPKART and I got the product on 22nd May 2020 during lockdown . Flipkart people arrange technician on 23rd May 2020 so that my AC get installed & installation charges is ₹1599 that I have to pay . Technician team visited my house on 23rd May installer ONIDA 1.5 TON AC but while installing the outdoor unit at my tarries they communicated me that OUTDOOR unit is faulty and it is without GAS . They guided me further on this that I have to raise a request for replacement and than FLIPKART will arrange technician to install my AC . Post seeing the prompt response from everyone I was thrilled and obliged and I paid the installation amount that is ₹ 1599/- and that was my big mistake . Sometime thinking humanitarian grounds are wrong because today is business world . From 23rd May 2020 my harassment was began in order to get replacement of faulty product ONIDA 1.5 TON AC daily I have to call customer care , I have to raise my voice on social media like Facebook , on an average 2 hours a day I have to spent just to get solution for what I paid . Finally , I got product on 13th June 2020 . Flipkart communicated me that AC will be installed on or before 20th June 2020 . It was not installed . Again I spender my time , I made calls , I raise my voice through FACEBOOK , Flipkart communicated me I will get solution on or before 26th June 2020 . Humiliating for me is TECHNICIAN TEAM who installed my AC at the beginning told me do pay ₹ 1599 and we will install your AC . Else you won’t get any solution every time we get request for installation and we reject it and you will suffer better you pay and get your thing done . Now , the same thing I communicated to Flipkart customer date team via call but result is NIL . Today is 26th June 2020 and still my AC is lying in my HALL... What is my mistake ?? Did I have to pay twice for the same work ? Daily I have to call and inform about my concern ? Finally I came to know about online complain through my friend and raising my voice here . Mentally I got harassed and now during summer physically getting harassed but not getting solution . I asked for the service for what I pay . Even though I am getting NUTS ... I want service and compensation for what I suffer daily , due to this event reputation of mine in my family is also hurt because I am unable to get solution for the goods . Autocratic behaviour and treatment towards customer it’s very painful . Please help me in this . Thanks Rajkumar Singh
