Hi Team, I am Sandip. I facing the problem with Flipkart. I am not getting satisfying my order delivery. No call from them nothing has been changed in my order status. I ordered Trimmer through Flipkart and I complaint against my product as well. No call and nothing from their side. They only says we take your complaint and all. But no satisfactory resolution I am getting. This ia the second time happening with me. I last Big billion Day I ordered sewing machine through flipkart and I also paid in advanced. On the delivery date my ordered got cancelled and my money got refunded. They said logistic team could not send your package because the address is out of their range. I am leaving in Sange Chowk, Chinchwad, Pune. and I thing this the famous area in the city. Then why they said unrealistic reason. Actually the sewing machine cost around 13000₹ and I got this in 7500₹ . If they could give the product within this price then why the flipkart is making us fool. I was eagerly waiting for that product. It was a gift for my wife. Now I recently order the trimmer and the estimated delivery date was 22nd July. I did not get any call from them. When I complaint then they were showing me a sympathy. We are the customer and we don`t get our order on time then no use. They are waiting our time and their time as well. I request you to take this complaint from my side and I need some results against Flipkart the time waisting and playing company. I am sending you my order page. Please have look into this.
