Mi executive denied to install TV. Flipkart delivered the product after 2 days. Mi executive behaviour on phone was very rude. On continuous call to both flipkart and jeeves( flipkart partner for installation of mi TV) they are only saying to wait it will be done urgently. But it`s been 2 days nothing has happened. Both of them are just blaming each other for the issue. Flipkart said they had escalated the issue and will be resolved within 96 hrs. What should I do. If they are making commitments they why they are not fulfilling. Is this the correct way to deal with customers.
