FLIPKART - Prepaid order cancel but not refund money

Dear sir i have order Id-OD115510712513887000 from flipkart total 18 order in singal order id on 19-05-19 ammount-4582 but 3 order cancel by flipkart of Rs-540(404+68+68) on 19-05-19 same date and promice me refund with in 21-05-19 after 21-05-19 i not get refund i call to customer care but he told me seller not get my payment so there are no refund i ask to flipkart i have single order id and i pay single transaction is successfull so why 3 cancel product money not refund but he not help me flipkart didnot refund my money because he told me this payment not successfull by bank so sir please investication this issue and arrange for my revarse contact me-8918876727 or 9679927817 i have attached some screenshot please check and investication this issue
