I wanted a broadband connection for my home. I called them and discussed about everything like, plans for broadband connection, speed of the internet etc. Then I requested for a 4 months plan for amount 3776 Rs. They checked my address and confirmed that I will get the connection within 24 hrs. After discussing this things I paid the amount through online banking. Next day morning they are telling me that they don`t have connection in my apartment so they can`t provide me the broadband connection. Then I requested for the refund of my money as I`m needed the internet connection immediately. They accept my service request and promised me a couple of time that I will get assistance from their Technical team. But it since 10 days gone, I haven`t got any call back and whenever I call to their customer service number, every time they say that my service request is open and I`ll get call back from their so called Technical team. I want justice, please help me.
