Thai is with regards to IBibo, the travel booking app. I tried booking a room, was shocked to see the additional charges they charge. Inspite of charging gst, they charge additional taxes plus convenience fees is also charged. I want to bring to notice that they are charging wrongly in.name of taxes and convenience fees
