My sn no is 510019032019740 The connection is in the name of my husband mr jitendra kumar mobile no 9358592801 The independent TV cable was not coming for more than a month. They are not reversing the amount not starting the cable. Whenever we call at customer care they provide a date on which it will be started, but nothing happens no channel is coming at TV. We want our money back so that we can take another cable connection.
