Hi Sir,
This is to inform you that i am working in IVL Finance ltd. here i harrased by the manegment as the make my salary on hold and continuously they were saying in unprofessional language like ( i am the don i will not release your salary do whatever you can do) .
Is it a right way to speek with the officers and many time i judged unprofessional words on the floor like ( ghanta , babu to lady team leader) from our manager and boss now i would like to file an FIR to consumer court regarding the harassment they had done with me.
All though i am having my medical proof to clearify the issue which i was facing regarding my health then also they didn’t approved my leave .
If i asked for a leave then confirmation should be there from the respective team leaders but no one confirmed me about my leave approval .
Please help me to sought these certain things otherwise i have another way to clear this issue by the help of consumer court.
If possible please reply ASAP.
