I had done an order on 15 May,2019 at 13:30pm.The order is received by me on 17 May, 2019 by delhivery delivery person with phone no. +91 8168231255. I had placed a smart watch of Rs 900. When i opened it i foind a watch but was not that what I was ordered.... It`s a simple watch of upto Rs 150 by guess and was broken.. On the same day I call him many times but they couldn`t pick my call. In evening I again tried then a person of Indiacart pick up the phone and i told him all the matter... He says don`t worry sir... Don`t cry bcoz its not a big issue your problem will be solved and one person from them will come to receive the order and your money will be refunded... I said ok. After 2 days i call him to say that no one has come.. I tried many times to call... He gave me again more 2 days...and Today it`s 22 May, 2019 I again many times and he had blocked my number... So I please you or request you to plz help me bcoz i have collected that money in many days after working in a shop part time.. Order no. - IK19-515877-1037...My name Aman Garg and order has placed on same name....Thnkiuu
