I have taken Ion broad band service disconnecting local service provider on April 2019 at that time they have promised me that they will solve the problem within 24 hrs. After using for 5 to 7 days problem started, net disconnect every hr. From the day i made 1st complaint till date i am favcing problem. Till dat i am not able to use the net without any problem. From last 15 days i m facing problem that i not able to use tge net more then 15min. After thaton doubt basis i repkaced my router engineer replace the same and promise that the problem is solve but again net is not working. Even i continiously followup in customer care number and also to ion engineer also complant through Ion app and by mail but every time my complaint gets close without visiting or informing us. Noone reply in mail too only i recieve revert mail saying that we r checking and folowup for same. But the problem remains where it was. Every time IOn says they provide the best service in India but its tge worst of worst service provider.. I advised my 4 to 5 society frds not to take IOn as its a worst then the local net provider. Attached with all the complaint made but all r closed without contacting us or resolving the issue..
