Our vehicle met accident on 16.03.2019 and while reporting the same error was in G.D which has been rectified after investigation by the police and fresh G.D accepted which has been enclosed. The people of Bajaj Allianz is saying they will not pass claim by taking error G.D and denying corrected G.D and showing as if they are above law. I am enclosing the G.D (General Diary) of P.S. copy to you for the personal. We took insurance from your company assuming good faith that we will not face any problem with respect to vehicle claim. Mr. Raju Prasad Gupta of Bajaj Allianz is copying these all because we have not satisfied his unfair demand with us. My request is to take proper action to get justice for proper claim. Please suggest what is the remedial action.
