I had ordered a mobile battery on 07.07.19 with order number 449344 from Jaxtakart for which I had paid the amount of Rs 628 through UPI. Till date, they have not shipped my item and despite repeated attempts to contact them, I have been unsuccessful. My mails have been answered with no solutions and I have not received a refund for the same which I have demanded.
