Hi Garahak seva team I have order an product through online website name. Joggersstop. Com online shopping, ordered a pair of slippers on 20.07.2020.the company reciver order and sent me the order confirmation. Id no. #42782 is my order id . The company not provided me the contact details , no proper contact details by the company. I have mailed 10 times to the company and the company not replied. The tracking id shows that the shipment is dispatched on 25.07.2020 , when i use to mail the courier company name. (Expressgocouriers )mumbai . This company too not responded (AWB NO.213342782) was the tracking id. So please i kindly request to grahak seva to take strick action on the both company (my contact no. 9738430663).
