I bought lehenga on 10 Aug 2019 from kashish and was left there for alteration I went on 11 Aug 2019 to take it I reached there around 6:45 pm It took one hour there as it was not altered properly I was sitting on first floor with one packet which was from ‘strings’ At 7:45 pm I got down with the packet which was very well noticed by the staff At the cash counter , I was waiting and kept my bag on the counter I went out with only packet . I forgot the ‘strings ‘ bag containing jewellery worth 1250 /- on the cash counter Within 2-3 minutes , I returned and asked the owner for the bag but he was non cooperative He refused to check in his cctv and was rude Though the staff who attended me came and made sure that the bag was there but the owner was reluctant to see the cctv instead was rude I request you to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action for the same
