On 5th May 2019 around 12.30pm my family faced a horrible experience at Electronic city near Hosa road, Bangalore and can’t take this anymore. We had asked for servicing of our water purifier KENT RO and the Technician (Name- Murthy #9886966577- employee of Sri Brahmi RO tech Service franchise ) who came was not ready to wait for even 5mins as my maid was cleaning the place so that he can work smoothly and also not ready to show his ID proof. When My husband refused to allow him, he became furious and started abusing. Not only that, he took out a long hammer from his bag and attacked my husband. Me and my old parents who were at home came running to save him. I got multiple scratches due to this attack. Moreover he was drunk too and not listening to anything, somehow we are managed to save ourselves.The issue is being highlighted in this forum so that Consumer Forum should understand the severity of this issue and take appropriate measures. Only suspending him and giving warnings will not solve the issue, there is no guarantee that he will not repeat the same in future or not attack us again, I am very much concern about me and my family’s safety.. This incident is life threatening for us and feeling too much insecure.Whatever be the case how come he attacked us with long hammer and Alcohol consumption during official working hrs is not acceptable, it is an offence..Not to mention, my family is traumatised at the moment. Hope immediate action will be taken..
