I had purchased a TV from flipkart and it had a warranty of 1 year. Within warranty the TV got spoiled and stopped working. I contacted Flipkart and got the number for Kodak customer care. I filed my complaint to kodak. And a technician visited stating that they need to replace some part from the television. So I agreed to that. And after that it has been over 2 months i have not received any response from them. Neither the customer care replies properly. They have started lieing and giving fake answers to avoid the situation. They always state that their server is down and cannot provide with any status.
