Dear Sir/Ma`am,After sending repeated emails and reminder emails to the Little App online service purchase app company on the denial of services from the owner of the salon stating her business is closed and that she has already informed the company authorities of them same. Till date from the purchase of the coupon to lodging the complaint, it`s been 2 weeks now and not a single person has cared to respond back. That is their level of customer service they have been portraying, no helpline number to contact, no customer team who would actually look into the problem to resolve it and close the loop.I have been waiting in anticipation of the refund that was supposed to happen within 5-7 days. Has not happen ever since. Now the coupon has expired and I feel the app will take full advantage of the situation in witholding the money refund now stating the expiration of the service which has not been availed.I request you to please take strict action on the company for negligence of duty and lack of customer support services.Regards,Nandini
