I have taken a loan last month from an app money tap of 75000 and finance partner of them dmi finance provided me a loan and my emi date is 05th of every month but this month at 3rd of april i have got a call from dmi finance collections department and executive told me to dont pay my emi online he suggested me that he will send me an executive of their concern who can collect the emi by my and the executive name was himanshu [no-9953345605]then on 9th of april they sended an executive to collect my amount and his name was pragati[8448571489] and i have give my emi amount 5238 in front of my collegues at same time to him and i asked for the receipt then he told me u will get your receipt in your whatsaap no. so at that time as a proof i clicked a photo of his bike so at the same day i got a text from of one of their executive and she shared me the receipt of my payment but still i am getting mails and texts from dmi finance to pay my this months emi so today i have called to dmi finance dirtectly and they are saying that still i have not paid my emi of this month and this receipt is not valid and contact with that collections team who have took your money so i have called to them and right now they are not picking my call as well as not responding properly and the finance company denying for the payment and collection department not giving me response and the interest is adding day by day on my emi which i have already paid kindly look on this.Thank you
