INDIA SERVICES me kaam karne ke liye id bnya tha , 10 din me 1500 form fill krne ke 30000 de rhe thee , isme registration fees baad me dena tha jab payment milega usme se deduct ho jyega bole , condition ye the ki apka 90% accuracy , matlab 1350 forms sahi hone chaye , 10 din baad kaam submit krne pe unhone qc report diya usme 233 mistakes aya jabki maine form thik bhara tha , mere hisaab se 130 mistakes hone chye ,kuch 2 form ko vo log jaanbhuj kar wrong bata rhe , ab ve log agreement ke hisaab se registration fees maang rhe h , registration fee nhi dene pe ve log legal intimation ke liye call kar rhe hai . Advocate bol rhe hai maharashtra district court ana pdega legal proceeding suru krne ke liye , registration fees jama nhi krne par legally court register ho jyega , aor fir company ka jo bhi no dues amount h 50 se 60 hazaar jama krna pdega ,pay ni krenge toh case register hoga . agreement regarding ke 3 section 73 74 75 ke tahat case register krenge bol rhe . Apka file h jo lathur district court se delhi forward kiya gya tha , hardcopy issue ho ra h 1,75,000 pay krne pdega. Nhi kiya maine toh mere naam se someone letter issue ho jyega aor 6 month ki saja ho jaegi , hardcopy issue ho gya toh court me anna hi pdega , file kr deta hu monday tak mil jyega Sir isme agge kya karu kuch samjh nhi aa rha , please help. Please look into these matter and solve my problem.
