Maruti india - Wrong charges and bad services ,wrong car insurance last 9 year

Dear Maruti Suzuki team I am simple customer of Zen estilo LXI (model 2010) (Car no :-PB10DD5293) & this is compliant case against M/s Gulzar motor (P) ltd Ludhiana for pathetic service, fake commitment, fraud activity. · Pathetic service: - my service with Gulzar moter is horrible. I have faced so much issues for last 7 to 8 years , in each service & maintainers repairs . to handle with then is like a mental trauma they charge extra amount each time . And service is not satisfactory. Feb 2018, I have paid 10000 rupees, against service and others things like shoker , door alignment etc. after the handover the car to me , when i felt the issues were still not absorbed . I have re-handed over the car more the 10 time to M/s gulazr motor . When I have threated them, that I will raise complaint to maruti against you . Then they did it .. · I have faced one more pathetic experience with Gulzar in month of june in 2018. Unfortunately my car got accident and I went to Gulzar moter for repair .it was my biggest mistake. They have given me 3 quotations … 1st estimate was Rs. 18000 2nd estimate was Rs. 22000 3rd estimate was Rs. 30000 They kept the car for more than 1 month and final bill released of Rs. 77000 without any information. After 1 month When I got the car , when I started the car : steering alignment was not ok , sound was coming , wheel alignment was not ok, dash board was broken , AC was not working properly. Door fitting was poor. There was Dent remaining on bonat area. I have complaint many times to Mr. Amandeep (mob :- +91-9914905777) & Mrs. Jyoti ( Mob :- +91-9814826777) to send there excusive to see the issues . till the time no come to resolve it. I have given written compliant too but I have not received any positive response. · Wrong insurance: my car policy generated by Gulzar motor / policy no: - 98000031170106296375 issue date 15 march 2018. My Actual car cc is 998 cc , but they have generated the insurance on the basis of 1061 cc. so they have charged extra amount against the policy. Which I came to know when my new agent came for renew the policy. Means Gulazar motor is charging extra amount to me for last 7 to 8 yrs. I am in shock to have such an experience with your brand company and it will leave a very bad impression on the customer regarding your brand image. Please look into this matter soon to resolve my complaint & get my service done. Please help me to get refund the extra insurance amount which I have paid for last 8 years.
