This complaint message give on 19th jan 2019 reference no. 33-190119-2298244 have been attended by service centre CE - SHAKTHI NETWORK,CHENNAI and 9003090992. Regds, Micromax they have attended on same day told by them led TV panel fault they will replace or repair because it is in warranty if parts come from head office but repeating from past 3 month daily only reply comes next week till now nothing done and they have closed the complaint what to do please suggest I want to raise complaint against them so please help us
