On 9th Nov 2019 at 15:53:33 at Minuso in Gopalan Signature Mall Store, I did ask for the cover to carry the items I bought from them and they charged extra 10 rs despite the cover is having miniso company name and logo which is not right. I checked the existing complaints online but no action was taken on the already raised complaints by other consumers hence I am raising it again. Please do take actions and help consumers. Website is not allowing me to upload the image of the receipt hence I could not upload the proof
