The fraudulent cancellation policy of the company has not allowed me to get the refund of a commodity I did not use. I had requested a refund for a hotel booking cancellation. But has been declined. There is no record of me checking into the hotel aksa in Mumbai. But mi stay says that I had to book the cancellation before 24 hours. But I could not do that because I was not aware of the hotel booking policy and the app had no information regarding the booking policy. I was un informed and victimised.
