Mobyl - Cancellation for id- No response..

I have ordered a mobile phone through online from their website..After making the payment a order id generated and a order confirmation mail also received in my inbox.. After that no information about the product..I tried lot but no information about them and no contact no in the website. All the mail`s are bounced.. so I request to cancel the order and refund my money
